Our Chairman, Hem Chand Jain, is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been practicing for more than three decades. He is widely experienced in the field of audit, advisory, and taxation, and shows a keen interest in information technology. He is constantly exploring ways to inculcate I.T. within the systems when advising clients for their corporate financial and taxation consulting requirements. His focus on understanding consumer trends in the growing digital world has been one of the major driving forces behind Hemsworth Consulting. He strongly believes that through the emergence of digital platforms, barriers to entry in different regional markets across the globe have been minimized.

Mr. Jain has worked with numerous SMEs as well as large corporations across India, UAE, USA & Canada and advised them on long-term value creation, corporate structuring, finance & investments, and taxation. His core expertise lies in Banking, Finance, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Real Estate Sectors.

Mr. Jain was one of the key people in establishing the very first U.S. Chapter of the ICAI in New York. He has been a member of the Board of Studies, CA Benevolent Fund, and Special Invitee for the Direct Tax Committee of ICAI. He is the chairman of the advisory board of CSR Research. Foundation: a not-for-profit organization that facilitates companies in pursuing social objectives as a part of their corporate social responsibility.

Our CEO, Vineet Jain, is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He pursued his Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Delhi, India. Vineet is a pragmatic consultant who strongly believes that the key to imparting supreme quality solutions and services to clients is to get into detail. He actively engages with the wide network of CAs’ in India and CPAs in the U.S. and Canada and assists them in executing tasks timely and effectively.

In his role as the CEO of Hemsworth Consulting, Vineet’s responsibilities include recommending and implementing the most effective and efficient organizational strategies and execution plans across multiple engagements and collaborations that are undertaken by the Company for the growth and development of the entire network. Vineet has assisted many fast-growing global organizations to establish their presence in the U.S. and India. As a part of this process, he has facilitated clients in the U.S. to establish and develop offshore entities in India, thereby enabling cost optimization in their multiple business processes.

His experiences include, but are not limited to, Statutory Audit of Publicly Listed as well as Closely Held Companies, Internal Audit and Financial Reporting. He has also assisted the world’s largest Power and Metal & Mining companies with Process and Performance Efficiency Improvement in the CIS region. Vineet has a wide international exposure that has enabled him to explore and understand the global space
